The Pacamara coffee variety is created by crossing the Pacas and Maragogipe coffee plants. This exceptional hybrid was developed to combine the best qualities of both parent plants, resulting in a coffee that is both unique and extraordinary. Originating in El Salvador in the 1950s, Pacamara has since become a favorite among coffee connoisseurs worldwide.

Here at Satoshi’s Sip, our medium-light roast brings out the delicate and nuanced flavors of the Pacamara beans. Expect a cup that's more floral than you'd typically find in darker roasts, with a unique flavor profile that includes notes of chocolate, tropical fruits, and berries. The balanced acidity and smooth finish make this coffee an absolute delight.

One of the standout features of our Pacamara coffee is its large bean size, which are not only a visual treat, but also contribute to the rich and complex flavors of the coffee.

FURTHER DETAILS:

Our Pacamara is grown and handpicked in El Salvador’s Los Naranjos region, at an altitude of 1,500 meters above sea level. We utilize the semi-washed process to prepare our beans, combining the best aspects of both the washed and natural methods. This technique enhances the beans' natural flavors while maintaining their inherent sweetness.

After harvesting, the beans are slowly sun-dried on African Beds before being sent to our roastery in Bitcoin Beach where they underwent a medium roast.
