We currently offer shipping services to customers within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Eligibility
You may return unopened and unused coffee products within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund.

You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or used coffee products due to the perishable nature of our items.

Returns and exchanges are only available for items purchased directly from Satoshi’s Sip. If you purchased our products through a third-party retailer, please contact them for their return and exchange policies.
